7. Arrangements related to staff:

1) There will be porters in the hospital as approved by the committee with the consent of the Ministry of General Administration. 2) The committee may request the necessary administrative and technical staff from the government of Nepal. 3) Government of Nepal can provide necessary technical and administrative personnel at the request of the committee. 4) The committee will be able to appoint the necessary technical and administrative staff and take consulting services by giving salaries and allowances from its own resources to the posts of the hospital.

(7) The committee may give separate allowances or facilities to the employees of the Government of Nepal staying in the hospital for their services in the hospital.
(8) Employees of the Government of Nepal who stay in the hospital can be approved by the leave committee subject to the prevailing law except for study leave and extraordinary leave. (9) The appointment process, service conditions and facilities of Gyagya Hospital employees are as prescribed.
